PATRICIA A. JONES

PRINCIPAL

Pat's reputation for delivering top quality events is widely recognized nationwide by many Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations, as well as hotels, golf resorts and vendors. Producing an end product for clients that is executed with a degree of elegance and care has become Pat's hallmark. Pat has many years of experience in the meeting planning industry. For over 15 years, she has been responsible for designing and implementing educational programs and events for the clients and employees of major corporations. Pat's vast experience extends to seminars, conferences, sports outing and other special events. In addition, Pat has had more than five years of experience in other areas of marketing. She has a BS in management and marketing, is an active member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and National Association of Female Executives (NAFE) and has been involved with other organizations such as the Executives Association of New Jersey.  

 

ROSEANN C. MARTINEZ

SENIOR EVENT CONSULTANT

During her nine years with a leading diversified financial institution, Roseann was involved in many aspects of the business including Operations, Human Resources, Financial Budgeting and Planning and Marketing. She has coordinated many small meetings and large conferences, both in the United States and internationally in Spain and Italy. Roseann's exceptional organizational and planning skills help her meet the needs of clients, whether she is planning a meeting for 10 or a conference for 1,200. Roseann has a BA in Psychology.

 

MONICA REED

SENIOR EVENT CONSULTANT

Monica began her event management and tradeshow management career over eight years ago planning award dinners, career fairs, tradeshows and conferences for a Fortune 500 company. Her knowledge of diversity tradeshows and conferences, coupled with her extensive background in other types of corporate events and
project management, is valuable in the event management industry. Monica understands events from a corporation’s perspective, as well as from the perspective of an event planner. Her unique approach to events provides measurable results.

 

LAVERNE C. SANDERS

MARKETING SPECIALIST

Laverne has over 17 years of professional marketing and financial experience with a prominent transportation company.  Her reputation has been noted for her excellent interpersonal skills.  These skills, coupled with her creativity, financial experience and ability to use original concepts in collaboration with marketing strategy, are a value added in the development and design of client communication pieces, marketing materials and event décor, as well as onsite implementation of events.

 

CANDACE D. WILDY

EVENT CONSULTANT

During her 12 year career in the financial services industry, Candace managed teams of professional accounting systems professionals.  Her keen analytical skills, together with her excellent organizational abilities, strict attention to detail and strong dedication to exceptional client service make Candace a valued member of the team.  Candace has an MBA with a concentration in Management and Organizational Behavior. 

 

MABEL A. RHODES

EVENT CONSULTANT

As a management professional with a leading financial service institution, Mabel has over 15 years of experience in meeting planning, coordination and administrative services.  She has organized and managed large corporate, social and civic events with a focus on quality performance, efficiency and cost containment.  Mabel has a proven record as a solid team player and has been cited by her clients as building a reputation of excellence.  She has a BS in business administration.

 

JEANNETTE BRYANT

EVENT CONSULTANT

Jeannette has over 15 years of experience working with children and youth, as well as 9 years of planning experience.  As a former owner and Director of Mrs. B's Family Child Care, Jeannette has always been dedicated to the educational process and serves as an advocate for children.  She founded the Family Child Care Provider Network and served as President of Community Coordinated Child Care of Union County, NJ for six years, where she utilized her organizational skills to plan events.  Jeannette currently sits on the Community Coordinated Child Care of Union County Board of Directors.  Prior to starting a child care business, Jeannette worked in human resources for a major computer company.  Jeannette's planning experience, coupled with her background in human resources and as a business owner, is a value added service to clients by providing onsite conference/event child care and the planning of children and youth retreats.

 

SHARON L. ALLEN

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Sharon is an enthusiastic, results oriented project manager, able to bring project goals on time and on budget while delivering superior service.  She has over twelve years experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, primarily in business process and project management roles, with strong exposure to technology, training, process improvement and global project management initiatives.  These unique skills have enabled her to manage global teams with a variety of skills within all levels of management.  She has organized and managed many corporate and social events, always with a focus on service, with Sharon the customer is always first.

 

BARBARA Y. GRAHAM

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Barbara is a proven senior level professional with project management experience. She is passionate about applying her project management skills to ensure she delivers comprehensive and measurable results to attract and retain clients.  Barbara has over twenty years experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, primarily in Human Resources implementing and executing projects within timelines and budgets.  She has managed various corporate conferences and social events ensuring all goals have been met for a successful outcome.  Barbara’s motto is making sure the client’s return on investment has been met.
